We don’t offer early checkout discounts because each dog’s stay is planned as a full day of care. Even if your pup goes home early, their space and care team are reserved just for them and can’t be filled by another guest at the last minute. Your rate helps cover the day’s staffing, cleaning, and personalised attention that keep all our dogs safe, comfortable, and happy. This helps us provide consistent, high-quality care for every guest.

When you arrive, please stop at the entrance gate and give us a call. Our electric gates remain closed for safety, and a team member will open them for you right away. Once the gate opens, you may drive in and park as directed. This helps us keep all pets secure while ensuring a smooth and safe arrival for everyone.

Dogs receive 3–4 walks each day, tailored to their age, breed, energy level, and individual needs. Walks take place in our secure walking field and exercise areas, allowing dogs to explore, play, and enjoy plenty of fresh country air in a safe environment.
Exercise is balanced with plenty of one-to-one attention, including cuddle time, gentle interaction, and calm companionship throughout the day. As a small boarding kennel with only five dog suites, we are able to spend meaningful time with each dog, ensuring they feel relaxed, reassured, and well cared for.
We follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, rest periods, and any special requirements. Whether your dog loves energetic play or prefers leisurely strolls and extra cuddles, their care is always personalised and attentive.tem description
